After indulging tons of calories, fats, sweets and carbs from previous Holiday season, it’s time for cleansing and detoxing our body. All the foods that we indulged can get trapped inside if there’s not enough fiber that’s going through the body. Expert says detoxifying your body with raw food is a very effective way of cleansing. Raw food is a great source of water and fiber which helps eliminate toxins.

 

Raw foods like juices from fresh fruits and vegetables are a great source of fiber and help to clean your intestine. Anything that are green such as kale, spinach, chard, cilantro, broccoli, celery are very effective stomach cleansers.  Some people go on total green juice diet for like a week, and really detox and give the body a chance to heal itself.
